How Java 300 Works
From downloading the app to completing the participation process, here is what happens step by step.
Before participating, review the project, operating locations, legal information, documentation requirements and business risks.
The Complete Process
Web Platform Flow
1. Download the Java Times App
Java 300 participation is managed through the Java Times platform. The application is available for iOS and Android.
2. Create Your Account
Creating an account lets you review the project and begin the process. An account does not by itself create corporate rights or formal registration.
3. Complete Your Information
Formal participation requires the information and documentation established by the company and applicable requirements. This may include identification, personal, address and tax information, declarations and acceptance of applicable Terms.
4. Understand the Project Before You Decide
Visit operating locations, review the corporate structure, read the legal information and understand that this is a business project with no guaranteed returns. Do not take our word for it. Investigate.
5. One Project, Not One Coffee Shop
Participation relates to the Java 300 project as a whole. You are not buying one location, a franchise, a specific asset or a guaranteed income stream.
6. Choose Your Participation
The current initial minimum is 25 participation units. After the initial participation, additional units may be acquired according to the current platform rules.
7. Review the Current Participation Price
The platform displays the current participation price, selected units, total amount and applicable terms before confirmation.
8. Receive Your Payment Instructions
For SPEI transfers, the platform displays the applicable CLABE and transaction information. Payment infrastructure does not constitute sponsorship or guarantee by a bank or authority.
9. Transfer From Your Bank
Use your own banking application and follow the instructions shown by the official platform. Payment statuses may include Awaiting Transfer, Payment Detected, Under Reconciliation and Confirmed.
10. We Confirm the Payment
Payment confirmation and formal corporate registration are related but distinct processes when documentation or corporate processing remains outstanding.
11. Formal Corporate Registration
The legally applicable corporate records and documentation of Startup Networks, S.A.P.I. de C.V. determine the formal corporate position. The app provides administrative information and does not replace those records.
12. Follow Your Participation
The platform can provide participation information, history, available documents, project updates and Java Wallet information where applicable. It does not independently create corporate rights.
13. Java Wallet and Distributions
Java Wallet is an internal platform feature, not a bank or savings account. Distributions, if any, depend on actual results, legally available profits, applicable decisions and applicable rights.
14. Build Your Participation Over Time
Eligible partners may acquire additional participation units according to current price, availability and applicable terms. The initial 25-unit minimum does not necessarily apply to every future acquisition.
15. Think Long Term
Java 300 is a long-term business project. Transfer rights, liquidity and disposition are subject to applicable law, corporate documents, restrictions and holding requirements.
