What is Java Times Caffe inside Java 300?

Java Times Caffe did not start in 2023: it has operated since 1999. This is not only a real estate play; it is a full operating ecosystem that compounds value as it grows: brand, community, processes, assets, and commercial network.

EVOLUTION BY YEAR
1999Java Times Caffe starts operating in Mexico and builds the base model.
2006Commercial scale and coffee shop system expansion.
2023Java 300 launches as the private participation layer for community growth.
2026Expanding ecosystem: locations, community, and accumulated system value.
Operating assets: coffee machines, bars, furniture, and daily cash flow.
Physical assets: stores, fit-outs, and properties inside the system.
Value chain: production, factories, supplies, and branding (including printed cups).

Under this model, everything added to the system compounds value: from branded cups and coffee machinery to infrastructure, production, real estate, and the brand.

02

How It Works

Resolve doubts before deciding

What am I acquiring?

+
Private participation units inside Java 300, within Startup Networks SAPI de CV, the operating company behind Java Times Caffe. Minimum entry is 25 participation units.

Am I buying one coffee shop?

+
No. You are not buying one coffee shop. You are not buying a franchise. You are taking a position inside the entire Java Times network.

Are returns guaranteed?

+
No. Returns are not guaranteed. You receive daily profit distributions deposited automatically to your wallet, based on actual cafeteria results; amounts vary and nothing is guaranteed.

Is this a bank product or stock market product?

+
No. Units are private and not publicly traded. They are not bank products, bonds, savings accounts, or stock market products.

How does Java Times generate revenue?

+
Through real operating activity: store sales, coffee and beverage products, food, app-based ordering, and daily retail execution.

Can I sell my participation units?

+
Reselling units may have limited liquidity and depends on existing internal processes and current market conditions. Your daily profit distributions, on the other hand, are deposited automatically to your in-app wallet and can be requested as a withdrawal at any time, subject to standard processing times.

Why does the price change?

+
Unit value can vary based on real performance, expansion execution, sales, costs, and market conditions.

What is the long-term vision?

+
To build a modern Mexican coffee and beverage retail network with scalable operations, technology, and community-driven expansion.

Java Times Caffé is an operating coffee company, and we are building the next stage together with thousands of partners. Our goal is to develop a network of up to 300 Java Times Caffé locations across Mexico. I do not want you to participate because of a promise. Visit the coffee shops, see what we are building, review the legal structure and ask questions. There are risks and no guaranteed returns. This is a long-term business project built through execution, operations and growth. If after investigating Java 300 you decide that the project makes sense to you, it will be an honor to welcome you.
